Come December we are planning to drive all the way to Rwanda! Its gonna be a slow drive with a Delica.
Yes me and some friends. All the way down through the ever green Kabaale down to the land of milk and honey.
Mhh! Cant wait!
THE TRIP
We shall leave very early in the morning on day one. Travel down through to Masaka for breakfast at the Highway Restaurant. Yes that one! If we opt to save on funds perhaps we shall settle for the roasted banana's (gonja) and chicken on sticks (muchomo)
Drive slowly through to Mbarara (May stop at a National Park along the way) just to chill for the day. Sleep in tents and enjoy a game drive.
Day two we continue through Mbarara onto Kibaale road and the beautiful scenery. Another day chilling at Kibaale Forest for a guided walk checking out the primates (ati our cousins! you wish)
Off course alot of research is needed as to what it would take to have a nice and not too expensive trip. Just to have a great time in the wilderness.
Down to Rwanda and the right side of the road!! (Please keep on reminding me of this least we go yikes!!)
